I had to ring 5 times before they answered the phone. When I finally spoke to someone they were clueless concerning my problem regarding my vehicle not running on LPG. Said they would get someone else to call back but my call was never returned... if I could give them a no star rating I would.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Wish we has seen some of the other reviews before we did. Took a car there for a roadworthy. We were told that it needed 14 different repairs and that it would cost over $3000. We checked back with the mechanic who had previously serviced the car (the last time 3k’s ago). He was very surprised and didn't think it needed any of the work outlined. My car was taken to here for RWC and came back with comments: 1- Rear main seal oil leak 2- Rear left tyre needs replacement My car was at BMW dealership the day before and none of these were reported. They didn't report any oil leak. They mentioned that the rear left tyre has 1.6 mmthread depth left and it is close to be replaced. I showed them the BMW report, but they said that the tyre should have 1.5 mm tread left on top of thread indicator!! Sent a quote to a car yard quoting $250 per hour and parts prices more expensive than a dealership. When I rang to confront him he claimed the ‘boy in the office’ made a mistake and the internet was not working properly. Stay clear of this extremely dodgy operator.
