every time i bring my pup in theyre just so nice and actually listen to my concerns instead of rushing me out. the vet took extra time to explain the new allergy meds and even drew me a little chart on a napkin so id remember. honestly im so relieved i found this place, my dog actually wagged his tail when we walked in the door.
One of the only vets to carry rattlesnake vaccines still in Pleasanton. Part of Bishop Ranch Veterinary which we like.
Dr. Taylor Disbrow and the office staff at Amador Valley Vet have gone above and beyond for my cat Daphne. Highly recommended!
The veterinarians are great - no complaints there. The operations are very poorly run. Examples: if you leave a voicemail, you'll never get a call back. If you're put on hold, you'll be hung up on within a few minutes. If you request a prescription renewal, you'll be waiting for days. Towne and Country Vet has great vets and top notch operations.
