Dr. Chan has been one of the most accessible veterinarians I've had since I moved to Pleasanton 2 years ago. She's particularly good with my nervous K9 and took the time to work with her. In the process, it eradicate a lot of her anxieties meeting with strangers in general. Her fees are also resonable and she never charges or suggests treatments that are uncessary, unlike my previous vet experiences.Thumbs up!!
Dr. Chan is one of the most caring vet I've ever had through my 30 years of pet-ownership. I've gone to her for 20 years and had three pets put to sleep by her due to old age. She was always compassionate and particularly helpful in helping me cope through those difficult periods. She knows what she's doing and is very practical and priced reasonably. I highly recommend her
