Overall was a good experience. Only critique that made my experience horrible. Nair. The lady insisted I use nair to make my head shine. Now I look like a cone.
This place is a hidden gem! I saw Paul because I knew he would have the experience to guide me through a series of bad haircuts from other places, and I couldn't be happier! This is now my go-to place for haircuts!
I am a regular customer at this hair salon. Staff is very pleasant.
I don't think the woman who cut my hair has a hair cutting license. She butchered me. I figured because she was elderly that she had more experience, but I was wrong. No shampoo included for $45. I tipped her $15 bc she complained how sick and broke she was. She was right about her eyesight failing. I asked for shoulder length. I walked in with hair below my waist And walked out with hair up to my chin. The worst cut ever. I will never go back there. Next time I'll get references.
