The lady who works in there is extremely rude. When I originally got the storage I told her I live 30 minutes away and I’m doing month to month because I want a covered storage closer to me. I paid my rent 2 days before it was due on the 30th. On the 31st I get a call from a facility that is across the street from my house so I go in to talk to her and tell her that I no longer need the space. The lady that works there is not highly intelligent I called and said how much was the storage she said 60 a month I said that's all I need she said yes I said I don't need anything else she said no. I get there and she says it'll be $80 because 1 months prorated and then I pay the next month so I'll pull my credit card out but she said we only take cash. She should have told me this stuff up front before I came down there.
