I’ve had Nicole a couple times. I have been pleased with her and never act like she doesn’t like being with me or helping me with anything I might need.
Such an excellent company. John and his team were prompt and well prepared to help my family member asap. They left detailed care notes every day and I loved reading the care notes that were emailed to me daily. They were so helpful and kind.. I hope this review is helpful. It’s such a difficult time for our loved ones.
