Employees caring for my Father in Law were less than efficient, professional and timely. We are VERY disappointed in the services received and I would NOT entrust my family members with this company. When speaking to HR regarding our concerns, personnel only offered the option to TERMINATE and did not offer to resolve the issue. Care aides did not show up on time, falsified records (indicating they were at the home when they were not) and were not on time. Extremely Poor service and we do NOT recommend this company.
RecommendedAs a director at various senior living communities in the Richmond area, I called on Jay's team frequently to assist with caregiver needs. I didn't deal with some 1-800 number or a call center. i dealt with the local franchise directly. if you're looking for a company with heart, it's this one.
