My aunt receives services through Amada, and they've been wonderful. It's such a relief knowing she's in good hands and now our family can spend more time just being family instead of always worrying about caregiving. We're so grateful for their support.
I had them for about 3 years. I had to many caregivers to count. One urinated on my king size bed, and on two different days my oversized chair, Amada refused to do anything about it. Many of the caregivers are on their phones doing nothing. One of the last ones used my shower TWICE, asked for my meds, stole, showed her breast to my male friend twice amongst many other things. You ask to speak to Jackie, Noel, or the owner nothing spoke to Jackie twice. Kay, and Zion thank you for being kind and understanding.
I have had the opportunity to work with Amada and staff for over four months now and have been very impressed and happy with their service. The caregiver assigned to help my Mom is punctual, caring and sensitive to my Mom's needs! She takes on other duties when asked! I don't know what we would do without her. Amada is very supportive of our needs and always willing to listen to our requests. I'm very pleased with Amada!

I would give Noel and Jerrilyn 5++ stars; 10 stars… Noel- because you have always responded quickly and accurately and been immensely helpful. Competent, understanding, helpful, an asset to this company. Jerrilyn - also an asset to the company. Trustworthy. She pays attention to what may be necessary. she has gone above and beyond, been extremely helpful in noticing Near disasters Before they become such; 1-saw that the drain in front of attached garage was plugged up by leaves which then causes a flood problem in the house ... read more
