Horrible Agency, unprofessional, inferior communication, questionable staff who are clueless regarding their role & responsibilities. Staff socializes on phones & with others during work time when they should be focused on their menial jobs. Their behavior is truly deplorable & beyond unprofessional. Read the reviews! There are many qualified Senior Staffing agencies… this is NOT one of them.
My mental and physical health were spiraling. Chronic pain (pain management), PTSD, cancer, COPD. Any one of these is overwhelming. Together, it makes for a horrible journey. I feel as though I've been gifted. Amada is a lifeline! Thank You for all the comfort and care. I am eternally grateful!

Wildly inconsistent level of training and responsibility across different caregivers. This company does not do their part to rectify problems. Some caregivers came for an hour visit and left after 15 minutes. We have video proof and showed it to Amada. They were...less than sympathetic and less than helpful. If you have other options, explore them.
