We really enjoyed working with Amada and we’re glad we chose them. They were responsive and very helpful. They were able to send the same person each time, which was very comforting for my MIL. And Taylor, the woman that they sent, was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and calm whenever an issue would come up with my MIL’s equipment. I don’t think that it could have been a more positive experience.
I had an interview scheduled with them for a Caregiver Scheduling position that I applied for via Indeed. For a company that sends out multiple reminders about respecting their time, they sure did not respect mine. I came in and the front desk associate did not even know what I came in for when I told her I had an interview. The person who was supposed to interview me wasn’t even there. My 91 year old Mom has been receiving services for the past 8 months. Her caregiver helps her shower and dress, grocery shops, light housekeeping, and some meal preparation. We are so happy with the care she receives!! Highly recommend.
