First time using AMA Repair. We called on a Friday evening and they were out on Saturday morning at the agreed time. They were very professional and honest with us, repaired what they could and gave us other suggestions to try on our own if any further problems. We would highly recommend this company. I have used this company twice once for my washer and then again for my dryer. I am very pleased with the sevice. The gentleman, that has made the repairs, is very nice and up front about the work needed to fix the problem.
My dryer stopped working on Sunday. Called AMA Services and the technician was here Monday morning at 8:30 am. FIxed the problem in 20 minutes. The charge was reasonable and the technician was very professional. Highly recommended and will use again. Thanks AMA Services!
I've called AMA a couple of times. They are always quick to respond. They let me know what the problem is and are always upfront and honest. I would recommend them to repair all appliances. ( I wish they did hottub repairs. HA)
I called AMA Services because my washing machine stopped spinning. The tech came within hours of my call. I never had a repair man show me the problem and what he was going to fix. My machine was fixed and at a reasonable price. I have read reviews on other companies and it is not easy finding honest and professional companies. I will definitely be calling AMA for all my repair needs in the future.
I had a problem with my oven and called for service. Technician showed up in a timely fashion, and repaired my appliance within 30 minutes. The whole process from taking my phone call, to the minute the technician left my home was handled in a very profession manor. I will use this company again if I am in need of service, and would strongly recommend everyone to do so as well.
I called AMA Services to come out and repair my dishwasher and they came out that same morning. The tech did not only quote me a cost of the repair before actually fixing the unit, but also explained what he found was wrong and different ways of preventing future problems with each of my appliances.
