We have a dual system convection/microwave oven matched with a regular oven. The required repair was simple enough except the entire unit had to be removed from the cabinet so two technicians were required. The technicians were very careful in moving the heavy unit, promptly made the repair, and showed me how the unit should be properly installed in case it must be moved again. Communication was excellent and they worked around my schedule. i was very happy with their service.
Having been referred to A. M. A. Services, an authorized Maytag service business, Maytag (Whirlpool) made an appointment with them to look at my cracked cooktop. The cooktop has a 10 year limited warranty against thermal cracking. The technician/owner came out and looked at it and left me a copy of the receipt. On it he stated it "looks to be cracked due to heat". He then proceeded to tell me about an experience with another customer and wanted me to contact Maytag and have them send the replacement to me. First time using AMA Repair. We called on a Friday evening and they were out on Saturday morning at the agreed time. They were very professional and honest with us, repaired what they could and gave us other suggestions to try on our own if any further problems. We would highly recommend this company. I have used this company twice once for my washer and then again for my dryer. I am very pleased with the sevice. The gentleman, that has made the repairs, is very nice and up front about the work needed to fix the problem.
My dryer stopped working on Sunday. Called AMA Services and the technician was here Monday morning at 8:30 am. FIxed the problem in 20 minutes. The charge was reasonable and the technician was very professional. Highly recommended and will use again. Thanks AMA Services!
I've called AMA a couple of times. They are always quick to respond. They let me know what the problem is and are always upfront and honest. I would recommend them to repair all appliances. ( I wish they did hottub repairs. HA)
