Working with Carl was great! He helped navigate buying a home easily. He is very communicative and has no problem explaining anything you have questions about. He was there to re-explain everything we were signing when the notary arrived as well to help us through the whole process. Very highly recommended!

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Angela as my rental agent. I've always managed my own rental properties but when the tenant of my property in the Ingleside area of SF recently became vacant I decided to hire a professional management firm this time around. As a first time home buyer with a credit score not qualified for A-lenders, Angela was an angel during the whole process. Angela would present a few options she saw fit that would best suit us. Angela was organized and very responsive, even during weekends or evenings. The closing had a few hiccups along the way, but Angela handled everything gracefully and worked with the lenders to make sure we closed on time.
