Every time I come here, I leave with a bad experience. Whether it's for my driver's license, home insurance, or car insurance, they either give me a much higher quote or ask for documents that aren't even available. After waiting for over an hour, they end up making excuses instead of helping. In contrast, the same work can be completed at Chaparral Registry in about 10 minutes. The difference in service and efficiency is significant. I believe in not going here again hopefully.

Absolutely impossible to get through on phone to cancel my tenant insurance. Made a phone appt, had to call into the service complaint line because they never called. Person (L. Walburger) finally called after other staff messaging And it still took way to long to just cancel my policy and insisted on going through everything else I had with them, tried pushing that my other policy had to be changed in 30 days whereas i actually have 90 days. Do not recommend wasting your time or money with this company

ama or someone in ama is leaking out personal information. immediately after signing up i start getting many phishing calls to my number, many of which are location specific, despite my number being 20 years old. AMA was the only one to get my number in the past half a year.
