Waited an hour and a half just to make a payment. Wasn’t busy. Only had 2 people in front of me in line. Lots of staff just standing around
Your new system with no one answering the phone is terrible. There is never anyone to talk to they have to call you back. Shame on you AMA what kind of service is this..

It would be 0 stars if I could leave it. Tried upgrade to motorhome roadside assistance. Was told after I bought it that it was not until 3 days after purchase. When I said what happens if I break down in that time ? I was told what are the chances first off and then told I would be on the hook for it. When I spoke to a supervisor she said rather rudely "I guess you should have bought it 3 days earlier." I cancelled membership. The whole time on hold you hear AMA is there for you , but the first 3 days doesn't count isn't me... read more
Waited in line for over 30 minutes while they helped one person. There was 3 others in line before me, and I didn’t have my entire day to devote to AMA so I had to leave. Management needs to check staffing levels because everyone in the building was audibly complaining about how long it was taking.
