I am been waiting for over an hour for insurance, costumer services is getting worse in this branch over the years
I had a policy going, and it was canceled over a suspension I had 11 yesrs ago. I was never asked about a suspension that long ago or anything. Now to have a new auto policy the want me to pay 400 dollars and have a ten year driving abstract before they will even quote me a new policy. The lady was so rude during such a stressful situation. I hope you people feel ashamed of yourselves. Went from loving ama to hating it in a moments notice. Wawanessa is way better.
Ridiculous service. They dont consider clients having difficulties financially - only missed payment 2days and they are already cancelling my policy. The guy I talked to never tried above in beyond with customers. Worst service ever. Been a member since 2017. Very dissapointing of how management went downhill. Is this how you treat loyal members for almost 10 yrs??? Doesnt even deserve 1 start at all PS. WENT THERE TO PAY AND THEY DECLINED because policy says so they will cancel first and get the full payment before re activ... read more
