Busy after the long weekend, but effective.
I came in during my lunch to ask questions regarding obtaining a vehicle history report, but had to leave since my lunch break timed out and the registrars / member service line was moving very slowly. I have spent many lunch hours waiting in line for services (going back to 2006)! Long line-ups and slow service are not new issues, even though the Google responses suggest otherwise.
