Above and beyond for my car that died in Canmore and had to be moved to Calgary. Great service with great towing companies who were kind, professional and prompt. Made everything so much easier
Great experience with Charity here at AMA. She, alongside the rest of the staff, made the potentially tedious and frustrating process of insuring and registering a vehicle easy and quick. They also were very kind and patient despite the number of people in line. Gave me a waaaay better rate than other insurers I went to,to top it off.
Booked a road test with AMA seven weeks ago and they called me back less than a day before the test to tell me it had been cancelled and the soonest I could rebook was a month away, so I asked for a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days to return the $164 I paid to take the test that got cancelled.
Arrogant, unfriendly, and presumptuous.
