Waited 2 hours to speak to someone for a claim and they just gave me a number to call, would've been nice to be told that at the front desk, and now been on hold for 2 hours, this is absolutely ridiculous
We went to AMA Lethbridge today and we were greeted by VELDA who was very cheery and very helpful. She processed our insurance premium payments right away, saving us a lot of time and effort. VELDA was a real delight with an upbeat and friendly personality.
Disrespectful staff member working at the registry. I will no longer be requiring your service.
I ended up leaving early without getting my business taken care of. The registry side is so understaffed. AMA registry is not the place any senior should go. They would more than likely die of old age before they got through the line. I wasn't the only one that left. I can't comment on the rest of it, I haven't had to use any but and I have been hesitant to even go into the office there. Private Registries are so much quicker and get things done efficiently.
