I went for balayage highlights and a haircut. Because of the language barrier, it took me some extra time with pictures to explain exactly what I wanted, but the stylist worked very hard and spent hours making sure my hair looked good. I really appreciate the complimentary haircut and mask. The salon is very busy, and since there isn’t a dedicated staff member for phone calls or appointments, the stylists themselves are handling calls, bookings, and payments while also working on clients — which can be distracting.
