This company is great. I called and had Jonathan Gomez out the next morning just a regular service call. He replaced our shower valve with a new moen unit. Then added a pressure bladder to our water heater. Then he checked the whole house pressure valve and showed me the result, it was way to high so he replaced it. Then he replaced the heating rod in my water heater and drained the tank. This company and Jonathan are fantastic, really. I never felt so good paying a really fair price for plumbing service. Our water main broke and water was gushing out from the front of our home! We had used Royalty on another plumbing problem and they were efficient and thorough. We contacted them again for our own home and they were absolutely wonderful. Chris was the lead guy along with Eddie. The work done was perfection! They called us frequently to keep us in the loop. We highly recommend Royalty!
My water heater died (it was about 11 years old) and I knew exactly who to call. Sure Royalty are professionals and their rates are very competitive but the most important thing that I care about is TRUST. I was having sewer issues for 3days. I called another company but they don't have sense of urgency to fix my sewer issues. I found royalty to be excited over the phone to come help me. Eddie came in, check out the problems and recommended a solutions. He even called a backup Chris came and they were able to finish the job on the same day. I don't normally leave any reviews but their expertise and professionalism made me do it. Now I know who to call if I have any plumbing issues. Will highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough. These guys were an absolute charm. From professionalism to impeccable work to pricing. Communicative always showing up . Honestly? If anyone needs a plumber they are so far the best. Johnathon, Chris and Yuri were the people I dealt with and they are awesome . They fixed a leaking underground drain. Replaced all water shutoffs did a smoke test to make sure there were no venting issues , put a camera down that underground pipe and saw a break in it and replaced my water heater. They’re great
