Very disappointed. We were promised a call back asap after our initial meeting and that was weeks ago. We have not been able to reach anyone by phone. Three properties were supposed to be looked at but the company rep only looked at one saying that he wasn't aware of the others although the 3 addresses were discussed in the initial phone call, during the property inspection and on the initial questionnaire.
