As a former HOA board member and homeowner, I have nothing but great feedback for A&M. Matt and his team are diligent, thorough and never more than just a phone call away. We had issues with a previous management company and A&M took care of all the issues that their predecessor had difficulties with. I cannot recommend the folks at A&M Properties more. They're awesome.
If there was a 0 star option that would be my choice. They are the WORST! Do not use them. I live in a high end building that pays a hefty HOA fee and we have not had hot water in over two weeks. When you call they say they know but do not see it as an urgent matter. It is dead of winter in Colorado and they see showering everyday in ice cold water as not a priority. Unfortunately, I can't give a zero. They are TERRIBLE at communication. Gave no advanced warning that we (as in 15-20 homes) wouldn't have access to our garages for over a week due to concrete work. Some peoples' cars got stuck. This is a pattern with them. There have been at least two other similar situations in the short time I've lived here. Extremely unprofessional and they're lack of communication is deplorable. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!
This company does not deserve even 1 star. Truly awful! ZERO communication, ZERO follow through, ZERO accountability! Review Update: A&M has made large changes to better serve my community. Their current staff has much better correspondence than before. I am pleased with the changes they have made, and will be in the future.
