They really don't care about tanent customers just looking after money I recommend to have a copy of the listing things looking like when you move in and save pictures of the house, if not they will considered as you did it and they will force you to pay it even if they know it happened a years ago.

In October of last year, we leased a property managed by AMPM. The monthly rent was $3,500 plus utilities. Unfortunately, our experience with this management company has been extremely disappointing. They consistently failed to adhere to Alberta’s tenancy laws and basic standards of property management. Shortly after moving in, the basement toilet—located in our son’s room—became non-functional.
