Gave picture of hairstyle.. was given price of $85.. I get there and even brought hair for the places in the picture that show boho style.. the lady doing my hair says because I want boho that it’ll be $120 instead.. that’s $35 more than what was agreed upon and she had the picture well in advance to clarify anything. Where do I even start? The customer service is immaculate! I came in and showed them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered. All of the ladies are extremely nice and talented! The environment was so warm and welcoming! I 10/10 would recommend them!
Marianne is hands down one of the best Braiders in the Houston area. I have been going to her for years and she still has excellent customer service and always braids me up just how I want it. She is a perfectionist and fast so you won’t be in there all day. Really does a great job! I highly recommend!!
Always welcomes me when I come in, even last minute. Always do a really good job and fair prices. I’m a guy and I come in and get my hair braided and looks amazing. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
From the moment I called to ask questions I got immediately greeted by the nicest lady ever Anita! Wow she made me smile from just the phone call, such a sweet and genuine person. I called to ask if they could take me in for two French braids and she immediately accommodated to me and took me in right after the call.
