We had AMgroup install a new eaves-trough on our house after it was damaged by last years winter snow. They were to put a single span trough and secure it to avoid a similar failure. They installed a spit trough and standard strapping with wood screws that would fail under the same conditions as last year. The trough failed terribly. I ask for them to come back and do better work but was told this situation was not covered under the 5 year warranty. Just had 2 garage door replaced. The installers were great and very helpful with any questions i had. AM was right on schedule with their time line and also very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend them.
