Extremely traumatic experience. I cannot recommend this doctor. My visit with Dr. Kim Le was distressing. Her manner was incredibly rude and abrupt, which is consistent with the many other negative reviews here. During the examination, while my pupils were dilated and vulnerable, I felt her physically tap my eye twice. It was shocking and felt unsafe. I took this matter seriously and filed a formal complaint with the CPSO (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario). While Dr. Le denied the physical contact to the College... read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Doctor and Team My recent experience with Dr. Silvia Odorcic and her incredible team for my mom’s care was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we felt supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Odorcic is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she has a warmth and compassion that brings so much comfort during stressful moments. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and treated my mom with such k... read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at AM EYES. My family doctor recommended them and asked if they could perform amblyopia tests. They said yes. After consulting with Dr. Kim, she told me they didn't have such a machine and that if I needed cataract surgery, I would need a referral. To make matters worse, whether I requested a referral letter by email or over the phone, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She offered no help and repeatedly asked me to make an appointment, which was completely di... read more

Dr. Kim Le is rude and not patient. I went with my 10-year-old daughter. Dr. Kim put yellow liquid drops in her eyes without using tissues and without telling me what it was. She probably spent only 3 seconds checking her eyes, then simply said to use the sample eye drops during the day. AM Eyes was recommended by my family doctor only because they accept child patients. But Dr. Kim Le doesn’t care about her patients. The one star is only for the clinic staff.

I had a 5mm chalazion (upper eyelid) for several months. Dr. Anita Ng prescribed an ophthalmic ointment, and recommended a warm (wet) compress plus a diluted baby shampoo wash to the eyelid. The eyelid healed in a month. Thank you Dr. Ng & AM EYES staff.
