Prescribers do not return phone calls. Reporting this facility for malpractice. You can't just pretend to be a behavioral health center.
The medical staff does not return phone calls. I have left 5 messages over 3 days for the doctor or PA to call me (legal guardian for my daughter) and have had NO response. I left 4 messages for the social workers to call - NO response. A bad situation has been made even worse. The doctors are hiding behind the nurses who are left apologizing that there is no response to multiple messages. As court appointed legal guardian I am to be consulted about medication - which has never happened.
I’m always on time to my appointments but they are ALWAYS late and leave me waiting up to 30 minutes every single time.
