The customer service was great, and they had the vehicle I wanted. I was super stoked. Bought the vehicle, and took it to my mechanic to have him look it over. They put it up on the lift and the back end of the vehicle almost fell off! It was held on by a bolt, a bolt that was put there to make it stop making a noise that would have alerted me to a problem. Not honest and they play bait and switch and tag team. They like to also try to intimidate you and make fake calls...stupid run around stuff

After day one of confusion . I went back to a&m auto sales per owner and owners son . They decided to sell us the car as said the first day. I am now a proud owner of a wonderful van. They did apologize for the confusion and mad things right. So I have to say it was not a good time at first but my wife is happy now and thanks to Christina the lady that sold us the van . She is a great person and I would think of working with her again .
