Garbage Clinic of Pediatric doctors....dont take your children there....If you are assigned Doctor Jessica Lee....she will misdiagnose whatever your child has or had. A lot of rookie doctors....this place is a joke. I might be filing a malpractice lawsuit against this facility and I am consulting with an attorney as we speak. We demanded to Doctor Alzein and guy refuses to answer our phone calls and messages.
These folks just tried to charge my card for something. I've never been here, and I have not been to Chicago since 1990.
Dr. Frank is great but do not have Dr. Dillon see your baby- 4year old. She is not the greatest at handling little ones and seems unsure of herself. When doing a normal examination she has very hard time doing Norma things like checking the ears, tongue and the entire body. It’s like she has never handled children before. She is nice but needs more training.
I love Dr. Alzein. I could go on and on.... I can say he has been a wonderful provider. He will remain my provider as long as he is practicing. His staff is always polite, and courteous. I feel like I hit the jackpot with finding him. Average pediatric care is everywhere, but why settle for average when you can have THE BEST!
I would give no stars at all but had to give one! The dr didn’t even see my baby, waited for 45 then a nurse came in barely saw our baby for 2 min and told us she can’t give the baby anything Btw we had to go there our pediatrician is out of town and this was his recommendation Terrible experience!
