Disorganized time wasters. Made an appointment over a week in advance and was noticed 30 mins before my appointment that they were cancelling because they needed to know what medication I was currently on.... as if we couldn't have figure that out in five mins at any point over the previous week. I had to rearrange my entire schedule and get approved time off for this cancelled appointment.
