1)Prescribed expensive brand-name rx for migraines despite a cheaper generic med. 2) Show up less than 30 minutes prior to actual appt time? It will be cancelled& you will be charged a fee despite your ability to fill out all needed paperwork by appt start time. 3) Rude&oppressive receptionist. Voicing dissatisfaction with office/staff results in Dr. Al being "no longer interested in treating [name]". The receptionist blacklists out of pride, and Dr rubber stamps. Very sad withholding of care.

Dr. Alzagatiti was OK seemed competent but was not great at explaining things in a way for people who are not trained medically to understand. The worst part about his office was his office manager who does not nor will not work with the scheduling of patients. She was curt, and made you feel like you should bow to her. We will not be back especially since she doesn't take accountability for her mistakes. They can't even seem to keep any office staff. No wonder with her!

i was a patient of Dr Al for many years, he is a very caring and helps you in any way he can. But, the office Manager (his wife) is one of the worst individual i have ever met. The times i had appointments (every 3-6 months) i never had seen the same MA help me, the office Manager has made rude comments to them and clients. I had to leave seeing him due to his manager and it was unfortunate due to him being a good Dr.

The Doctor has always been courteous and helpful however his office manager is less then helpful and courteous. While in the office last week there was a room full of patients waiting to sign in while the manager was handling personal business with a contractor for 10-15 minutes. Several people including myself were commenting on the wait and she over heard this. We were informed via a phone call later that my mother would need to find another neurologist as she was not welcome back.

He saved my life. He is an amazing dr, very caring and concerned. He monitors and follows my condition very closely. All his staff is wonderful and amazing. You could not ask for a more professional and experienced neurologist, which is hard to find in this area. The wait is sometimes a little longer but I believe this is to be expected when your seeing a good dr who is willing to listen and be sure of the correct treatment. I don't believe quick is a sign of a great dr, you wait to see the best

Dr Al has treated my migraines and currently spinal disease for over 10 years with outstanding care. He listens to my concerns and carefully monitors my condition. I have seldom, IF EVERY, had to wait past 5 minutes for my appointment time. If I have a medical emergency over a weekend he personally returns calls most quickly. He has been extremely helpful during a recent Hospital stay, managing my care in an extremely professional manner and guided my other physicians with his expertise.
