He was very thorough and listened to everything I said. I felt as though he really wanted to help me. One of the medications that he prescribed is not working at all so I called the office to talk to them about it and I am still waiting for a call back.
Dr. Algazatiti is prompt and thorough. He found a condition 2 other neurologists missed. I see him ongoing every 3 months or earlier if needed. He was a great help as I needed to retire for medical reasons. His office staff is helpful and promptly sent my medical records where they needed to go.
My wife has been a patient here for over 10 years. Dr. Alzagatiti has always treated her with respect and compassion as well as treating her neurological problem. The office manager and all the office staff always do more than expected to help with her care. Appointments are easily scheduled, and can be made very soon if needed. Wait times are rarely over 5-10 minutes I m and my wife highly recommend both doctor and staff.
Would not refill my prescriptions because i canceled an a appointment for the month of march. He only writes pripcrption for 30 days and you HAVE to make an appointment and pay you copay if you walk to ask a question.

Despite years as his patient and mother's forgetfulness and confusion, Dr Al didn't even know she has Alzheimer's. Her diagnosis is supported by both her Family Practitioner and the Neurological Specialist at the local hospital. The ofc manager (the Dr's wife) is abrupt, aggressive, a very poor listener. In regard to my mother's condition, she literally confronted me , saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. I have NEVER seen such lack of professionalism in any office, anywhere.
