Alysse is wonderful, very talented, approachable, dexterous with those tiny parts of the hearing aids, very well educated in her field. She answers my questions, is patient and shared what the Doctor had written about my last visit. She was able to cancel an appointment I had made, which saved me and the Doctor from an unnecessary visit.
Alyssa was friendly, kind and professional while conducted my hearing exam. The follow up care has been excellent too.
