I was in fear of losing everything including my niece and nephew that I'm raising. I was scared and didn't know what to do. I came to Alyssa to help settle an IRS debit that my ex husband owed. He filed bankruptcy and the IRS was coming after me for the rather large sum that he took responsibility in the divorce. The IRS was threatening to put liens on my properties. Alyssa did a great job getting this settled within 7 months and that was even at the time that the IRS had shut down. Alyssa is fantastic! I can't say enough positive things about my experience with her! She truly cares about her clients' position and advocates for them. I was facing about $1.5MM of tax liability from a now dissolved business I jointly owned with my ex-husband. Alyssa is very knowledgeable! She knows all the tax laws and is very efficient in helping those in need. We live across the country from her and it never felt like it. She was always available to answer our calls and make us feel at easy about what was going on with our situation.
