This Dr was not my regular OB but was the OB on call during an emergency visit to the hospital. She completely ignored me, asked me no questions about my situation. Walked in the room, poked my stomach with one finger (one time) said it was round ligament pain with a condescending tone and walked right out. I'm adamant about having a female OB just for my own comfort and I REFUSE to consider her. Even if it was nothing, I was a scared expectant mother, actually speak to me and reassure me.

I went for my well women visit and asked questions that relate to my age women and the preventative treatment plan I am on - post hysterectomy. I was then charged for a medical visit, so my insurance did not cover it 100%. When I called about the bill I received, the receptionist was very rude and told me I asked questions that was not included in the well women visit. The request I made in my questions were not address - brand name prescriptions instead of generics.

To continue, I then asked to speak with a nurse or the dr b/c the receptionist was so rude & obviously didn't understand my medical history. I was told the doctor is in surgery. I said please leave her a message to call me when she's available. Her response (in the most condescending tone): well she's in surgery so I don't know when that will be. I was in shock. I've never received such horrible customer service. Shocking end to my story, the dr never called me, but I did receive a bill.

This isn't an appointment most women are thrilled to go to but the staff make you feel very comfortable. They are very well organized, friendly and actually care about the questions you ask! So glad I changed Drs!!
