When I started going to her years ago, she was very personable and the ultimate professional. The last time I saw her, a few years ago, she had changed completely. I’m writing today because I still think about it. No one should feel the way I do. Whatever happened, we should have been able to talk about it. I’m not 100% sure what happened. She was a great doctor at one point.
Absolutely stellar! She is a blessing. I’ve only seen her for a virtual visit but she changed my life in 20 seconds. She reviewed my entire medical record & did not require any new diagnostics and was able to diagnose me properly. Finally, I have an answer! I waited 7.5 months to get an appointment with Dr. Kelly Jones, and it was a complete waste of time. From the moment she walked into the room, it felt like she had already decided what my diagnosis was before she even evaluated me or took the time to hear my concerns. I never felt like I was treated as an individual patient. Instead, I felt like my opinions, symptoms, and previous treatment history were brushed aside. I have been a patient for years even before she went with Tryon. She's always been willing to listen and help me. She's a real advocate for women and Women's Health.
In years past she provided top-tier medical care, unfortunately our last appointment was rushed, she was unkind, and had poor bedside manner. It was sad because she is truly an expert in her field, and is a WEALTH of information. I chose to not to return to her after that experience. The other physicians and NPs at Tryon Medical are phenomenal.
