HORRIBLE customer service from Alyrina. Disappointed with the service here. I’ve been a regular customer for two years, but this time I paid $75 (Pedi also looked like this) and walked out with nails I wasn’t happy with. I understand the breakdown of what I was charged for, but the manager Fim refused a refund (even spoke to her on the phone to be cordial)—even though the issue was with the result, not the process.
