My experience with this clinic and Dr. Rodriguez was extremely disappointing and ultimately forced me to seek medical care out of state. The front office staff, ultrasound tech, and MA were all great. The doctor was not. Not only did I have to see someone other than who I was scheduled with, he was also salty about being stuck at the office instead of in hospital. He did not review any of my previous records (from my referral doctor) and instead reviewed someone else's CT and then shared it with me, clearly violating HIPAA. I underwent Total Knee Replacement and the swelling was so bad blisters formed. Got an ultrasound at AK REG and the physician reported no blood clots but the 2 technicians were in hush tones conferring and one stated "the leaf is not closing". Not mentioned in the final report, and it should have been. I went to Alyeska Vascular Surgery and they did an in-depth exam and found my problem was Chronic Venous Insufficiency.
