I’m hoping at some juncture this clinic can take some responsibility for the situation. If that becomes the case I am happy to negotiate. However, as it stands I went to this clinic years ago to consider surgery. I was referred to them by the sleep clinic and my provider at the time. I was then billed for the visit which should have been covered by insurance (Medicaid). Maybe it was a fluke. Dr Andrews was lovely, however like the majority of other reviews here, his office staff Hayley and Jennifer are the reason for the one star review. They claimed to never have received my doctor's referral. After 18 calls back and forth between myself, their office and my doctor's office it was finally 'found in a pile' at the ENT office. My Doctor's referral was made in early January and because of their shoddy administration I had to wait till the end of Feb for an ENT appointment. Another money hungry doctors office. The office staff was not prepared or knowledgeable with er visit payment and current bill due. I was told one payment on the phone and the. Turned out to almost be an additional $500 once i got there. All she could say was internal collections so they needed to collect the $500+ amount and the new patient visit amount of $382. And they collect payment before you even see the doctor if you are a self pay. Obviously id love insurance but cannot get on it and my employer doesnt offer. The me... read more

I was really looking forward to having my kids seen by Dr. Andrews because he came highly recommended. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff (namely Jennifer and Hailey) prevented us from ever seeing him. Three hours before my son’s appointment, I received a call from the office asking if I could also bring my other son in since he had an appointment scheduled later that month.
