I have been going to AXL for several years now and must say I’ve never had a bad experience. All the people there are amazing and go out of their way to help you. They have gone above and beyond expectations for me on several occasions. I feel like everyone there really cares about me as a person, not just a way to make money. You won’t regret using AXL.
I recently visited this practice and saw Josh Arnold, PA, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The office is organized, and has a calm, professional atmosphere. I’ve been going here for several years and I gotta just say I am so impressed with everyone there. The receptionists are always really kind and helpful. They have been super patient with me when I’ve been annoying.. Blake is the most intelligent doctor I’ve ever had. That guy knows everything and remembers everything about the patient. Thank you ALX medical!
Josh and Brynley are the NICEST ever. I’ve been getting cosmetic injections here and their product seems better than other places because it works and lasts longer. Also, their technique is great; I barely feel it. My appointments have always been on-time and so quick! I love that I leave feeling seen and know I was given quality product with quality work!
If you are looking for a general doctor or dermatology, I would highly recommend Dr. Josh Arnold. I have been going to this facility for some time now, and I leave feeling so informed every single time. Dr. Arnold will not only discuss my questions but also answer questions regarding my children, who aren’t even with me at my appointment.
