Brought my car in for a simple $200 fix Ford experts verified and charged me $1200. Then I drive off the lot to see my hood wasn’t latched. They broke the hood latch and didn’t bother to fix it. Sent me down the road with a hood that could fly open, and they refuse to fix their mistake when I have a picture of my car seconds before it went into their shop perfectly fine. Horrible
RecommendedI have had a “rattle” / “clunk” under my SUV for 2 years. While it was still under warranty I took it to the dealership so they could investigate. They “couldn’t find anything” so I ignored it for 20,000 more miles until one day my car was violently shaking. I drove straight to Alwin’s. Been there multiple times for oil changes. And they always said that they had to charge more cause my truck took extra oil. Not true. Every oil change for my oil change at the Ford Dealership has been charged for 6 quarts. I was also charged for a air filter last time at 20k miles on a brand new truck. I thought I was getting good service taking my truck to a family friend. Never again. Repairs beware! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! 1 Star at best!!!
Great repair shop! Dave and his crew are as honest as they come. Only shop I trust to work on my vehicles.
