Great Staff/Equipment I LOVE Always Tan. Everytime I go in, I am greated with a smile and great service. The beds are always so clean and so HOT :) I bring every friend in here to tan. It is by far the best tannin salon in Lubbock. GO TO ALWAYS TAN :)

Lacks customer service so calling in to set up an appt, I had a very rude young girl helping me out. I didn't get to make an appt that day bc it was for a body wrap and they require 24 hrs in advance for the appt. I called the next day to another rude girl and set up the appt. When I get there for my appt, I'm treated like I should be familiar with the place when I told them I had not been there. Thank goodness I watched the tutorial online about the wrap bc they explained nothing to me even after asking me if I've done this... read more
Frankly it sucks Web site doesn't give you any information. Don't even bother calling there- the ding bats that answer the phone can't be bothered with you. You can bet with the lack of customer service I've experienced I sure won't bother going in there; nor will any of my friends!
Excellent Facility This place is world class. I've been to several tanning salons and no one comes close to the calliber of Always Tan. So many different beds to choose from and if you're not sure which one to do, the staff is glad to help you out. Extremely clean and a very comfortable place to get your summer tan ready. Do not go anywhere else to get your golden skin. This is THE only place to go!
