Lily was amazing! If you’re looking for a CURLY hair haircut, she’s a great option. She answered all of my styling and maintenance questions. Also, bonus, if you don’t talk much, she doesn’t either. It was relaxing and left me feeling more confident.
I have never had such a bad experience with a hairdresser in mylife.. LILIy....Lilily Velarde....she bleached my hair i ask for color light blonde.. ..I could have gone to drug store and got a frost and high kit .. my hair is all white and like straw...and she didn't me any hair cut I wanted it layered...she trimmed it but no style...I am so very upset...I am a 70 year old woman..then she tells me it's $300.00...I said I not paying that can I see a receipt???
