APH has done a wonderful job providing services for our loved one. Leslie checks in routinely and keeps us updated. Showers have been a challenge historically so APH sends 2 aides to assist 2x/week. Any needed DME is provided same day. Services are greatly appreciated!
My family had an excellent experience with Always Present Hospice after my mother left the hospital with a terminal heart condition. Her nurses Tonia and Jessie were incredible and provided wonderful care for my mom and support for my family. All of the team members were responsive, professional and empathetic, making things easier for all of us. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided and for going above and beyond for my mom.
Always Present Hospice is an excellent hospice for my mom. From getting my mom on hospice, to the quick responses when anything is needed, to explaining all options available for my mom at any point, Always Present has been a Godsend. The caseworker, chaplain, CNAs and nurse have all been kind, thoughtful, responsive, generous, professional, and deeply considerate. My husband was in an assisted living facility when it became necessary to put him into Hospice care. I choose Always Present Hospice and that was the best decision I could have made. Leslie and her team were incredible. Leslie worked diligently to control his pain and resolve any issues that came up. Amazing hospice company! Absolutely love our nurses Leslie, Curt, and Jamie! They do a phenomenal job caring for our residents! Leslie is so quick to respond to resident needs! Her warm demeanor and compassion is appreciated by residents, staff, and families. Curt and Jamie are always reliable with their visits and take the time to hear every concern from residents and staff. Miss Julie is a god-send with her monthly in-services and support groups provided to families. Keep up the great work, guys!
