I had to go through my warranty company and they set me up with Always Heating & Cooling. I was very frustrated with AHS but Jay was very patient with me and came as soon as he could. His co-worker (who I think was his son) were efficient, kind and thorough. I wish I could've hired them outright and would definitely recommend them for service. I called this company on 7/15 (or 7/16) and was told by Jay the earliest they could fix our air conditioner was Thursday (7/18) but that he would have to call back. As of today 7/23, and despite a call yesterday (7/22), still no follow up, no call, and no concern. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Jay went above and beyond to address my issue. Overall great service and I trust his thoroughness and work.
