Dental staff (Nicolle) and Dr. Pecora have treated me very well. They are friendly, offer good advice and treatment options and they always take the time to get to converse with their patients. I believe I have received very good dental care.
Prompt, courteious, efficient
From the receptionist Kim to the dental assistant (Danielle), who were both congenial and efficient; the visit was both pleasant and efficient. Kim made sure the lab had the denture back in an acceptable time frame, and immediately scheduled my visit. Dr. Gavin did an excellent job of explaining to the lab what needed to be done, and then explaining what the lab had done. He was both professional and personal.
Pleasant and professional staff, efficient and yet thorough throughout visit, felt both my time and business was appreciated. Everyone that I dealt with during my appointment kept me informed during every step and what the recommendation(s) for future visits would be without a strong "upsell". I was under the impression the entire time that this was indeed a health/medical appointment and not just an opportunity to push cosmetic high profit items at me as some dentists unfortunately now are known for.

Dr. Gavin and his team made my first experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Went there for a consult and quickly knew I found the right dentist for my needs. A close friend of mine also goes to Dr. Gavin and her experiences aligned with mine which is always a great sign. I highly recommend him.
Great professional service today. Had some anxiety going to the appointment yet left with looking forward to going back.
