First, Dr Adio is easy to access. First time I talked to her was on a Sunday afternoon. Quite surprised she was available. She reviewed the process with Always Best Care as this was all new to us. She followed up with me a number of times on our progress. Her staff was caring, well trained and genuine especially Rita who visited us the most. Dr Adio also made a referral to a physician at Baylor College of Medicine that made a great difference in my wife’s condition. We enjoy working with Dr Adio and her staff.
Tray is fantastic...but the policy of not taking me to doctor's appointments is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. So it's an issue with servers Not Tray
Dr. Adio is very kind and patient! The staff is friendly and it is evident that they genuinely care about their clients.
The staff is super friendly and well trained!! I felt comfortable and confident allowing my grandma to receive their care.
This is an amazing establishment that truly cares for seniors that has well trained and supervised caregivers. The staff is friendly and Dr. Adio is the best!
