Let me just start my saying the flowers were beautiful BUT... Communication was tough unless you picked up the phone or went to she shop. This first time we scheduled an appointment, the doors were locked and I called. He said he had no idea we were coming. I should've turned around then. We met twice and I explicitly explained that I do not want rose's in my bouquet but would prefer peonies, even if they were expensive, and there can be no eucalyptus because my mom is deathly allergic. Carl at Always Beautiful recently helped our family with funeral arrangements. I had some very specific requests and even a wreath photo that I sent from another florist to see if they could recreate. Every arrangement was made to my specifications and the wreath was done beautifully! Highly recommended!
