We had an AC system installed by Always Air Services in March 2025 that included a labor warranty and a service guarantee. Within the warranty period, the system began malfunctioning and could not maintain proper cooling. The system had also been serviced by Always Air approximately one month prior to the failure as part of a routine maintenance visit.
