Always air did a fantastic job on our furnace very professional and they were able to get our furnace up and running. We called over the holiday weekend and they were out first thing Monday to fix our furnace so we would have heat. Would recommend them if you need work done or just maintain they do a great job
Horrible. Just horrible. Replaced the ignitor on our furnace less a year ago and refuses to take responsibility for the fact that it now does not work. Sally, the "customer service agent" was completely rude, dismissive and had all the wrong answer.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.My furnace wasn't working and I had no heat, It was the dead of winter and I live in Illinois. I am disabled and my 6 year old grandson lives with me. Tech came out, spent 15 minutes at most and never fixed the problem. Secretary refused to send the tech back out. Said he was already up north,whatever that means. Left us without heat. I actually would rate them 0 stars.
Always Air did a fantastic job with replacing our hot water heater. They were honest, prompted, and very reasonablely priced.
