Greg came out to give a bid and was impressed with him and his professionalism. Called the company ti set an install date (same day as counter install0. Counters were installed and no plumber. Got a call from asking me if I had made a decision about using Always Affordable Plumbing yet. I said "YES, you are supposed ti be here this afternoon." Quick appointment, fair price, professional and courteous
They worked hard and kept at it until done. However, they were not considerate of keeping the home clean as they worked, tracking in and out and dropping insulation and dirt on clothes in access closet and throughout the house. The workman did not seem to know we needed an inspection by the city before we called PG&E to re-hook up the gas. We found out the company was responsible for calling the city to set up the inspection and we had to call the company when we had PG&E come out the first time and told us about it. In time good prices and informed me what needed to be done
HomeAdvisor and Always Affordable Plumbing aren't on the same page, and it was problematic. The former booked a 1:00 appt. and did not mention a time window. When AAP was late I called and was informed there was a 2-hour window. But then they were still running an hour late beyond the window, so I rescheduled for the next day. HomeAdvisor needs to reflect a time window for AAF, i.e 1:00 - 3:00 PM instead of showing a specific appt. time like 1:00.
Very professional work. Matt the technician did a great job on a tricky repair. He stayed well into a Friday night to get the job done.
Repaired bathroom faucet.. would highly recommend!
