Terrible communication skills. I called multiple times to check the status of my taxes and got different answers each time. Then to only find out my taxes had been done for a month. Then they lied about trying to contact me through email.

I would not recommend this business to anybody it’s incredible that Stacey has been in business so long I told her I was in a time crunch because I was going away 3/31-4/14 she told me no problem she never got back to me if she needed anything else I sent emails I left voicemails to no avail.
