This company busted my septic tank and did a poor job on the chase cover they were hired to install. I had a hole in my front yard for months and when the job was completed. I was charged thousands of dollars for a job I was not satisfied with. They would not even come back out to look at their work, and demanded payment immediately. Although they were very professional, and gave a good cleaning and detailed examination, they were too expensive. They were here about 90 minutes, charged $329, and then told me that I could no longer use my fireplace unless I spent at least $1200 more. And even then I would only be able to use it minimally. Was this fair? You be the judge. If you are rich and can afford to pay thru the nose then these are the guys for you. If you are a senior on a fixed income, look somewhere else.
