Their technician caused damage to my dryer vent during a cleaning then charged me ******* to repair the damage he caused on top of the initial charge for the cleaning service and inspection. Period! The owner then proceeded to call me when I requested a refund and questioned this business practice, and tried to spin it as they did us a service. Scott came out and inspected our fireplace and dryer vent. He said our dryer exhaust on the roof was so clogged with lint and it had to be fixed because the pipe was not connected before he cleaned out the vent. He also said our fireplace needed to be replaced for $25,000. The screen on the chimney needed to be replaced for $10,000. We had Mr. ******* from Crosier roofing who replaced our roof a year ago and he said the dryer exhaust was fine and connected. First time using this service. I will use again for sure. Scott arrived on time, and in the pouring rain, got on my roof to clean and scope the rooftop vent of my dryer. After he dried off some, he came into the house and completed the job. Very professional, continuous working, and cleaned the area up after he was finished. First class operation, beginning to end.
