Took care of my problem fast as soon as I called appreciate it.
I love it here but the only major issue I have is the people over here get up early to smoke weed. It’s so annoying; paid way too much to be dealing with that nonsense. And the parking is getting worse.
Terrible.Rent is over 2,000 for a 1 bed 1 bath unit and you can't even go outside and sit on the stairs or go for a walk. The front office is terrible and always emailing people for every little thing. The Maintenance team always snitching as well.
12/15/25 Living at Landing Apartment has been one of the worst housing experiences my family has ever had. We moved in back in March and were living in a second-floor unit. We have a child with autism. Instead of showing understanding or offering reasonable accommodations, management sided with a complaint from the downstairs neighbor and forced us to relocate, even though we never asked to be moved.
