I recently toured this property and although the staff was great and the unit was nicely renovated and priced within my budget, I did not like the fact that the unit was in poor condition. The unit had rusted shelving, black mold present on the window and also the carpet was not replaced from the previous tenant. You can see in the carpet where the previous tenant furniture was placed and at the doorway entry you can clearly see the carpet had been tracked over. I've been opening call after call for almost 60 days to report that my shower doesn't have hot water, the maintenance team insists on completing all my calls without even showing up at my apartment, I'm completely disappointed, I've even informed the management through an evaluation form they sent me and so far nothing has been done, if this happens to you, get ready to take a cold shower for a long time!
I'm leaving my review. If they return my security deposit, I'll edit it here. After my wife reviewed it here, Janice contacted us, and we sent all the necessary documents. We emailed them and said we did the right thing, and we gave them our timely notice of our move-out date. They apologized and said they would send the security deposit check we're entitled to.
