I would like to start by saying I’ve lived here for a year now and it’s been okay. But let me say the maintenance people are horrible. I’ve had a refrigerator that has not been working for four months now it just will stop working randomly and everything in my fridge and freezer will be defrosted and not cold. I've lived here for about a year with my spouse and I am confident in saying we will not be renewing our lease. After moving into a "renovated" apartment, we were met with an AC system that wasn't working and took 6 weeks to finally get replaced. In August. We were only given a portable ac unit to use in its place which only kept our bedroom cool so the rest of the apartment was unusable for the first month and a half we lived here and also drove our electric bill up those 2 months. This apartment complex is hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with. The ONLY person in the office who treats residents with basic respect is Josh. The only reason this post gets a second star is because of Josh. Everyone else in that office acts like they absolutely hate their jobs and the people paying to live here. Instead of speaking to residents directly, they hide behind vague emails and avoid confrontation like it’s their full-time job. Before move in this was a great complex. Nice and easy to work with answering all my questions. However, they wouldn’t let me tour the unit I am renting. If I had I wouldn’t be stuck here. The model unit is clean and beautiful. My unit smells of mildew everywhere and mold and human excrement in my kitchen. My windows don’t open which concerns me as a fire hazard and no one told me that this unit didn’t come with standard size washer dryer but instead a tiny micro stacked unit.
